How do I change my Coordinate Sport Password?

If you are already logged in to the Coordinate Sport application and know your current password, you can change it by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner of the browser, and selecting 'Profile' to update your password. After you have entered your current Password, you can enter and confirm a new one.

If you are unable to login to your account then please follow the instructions below:

Use the following URL to access the login page: https://app.coordinate.cloud/login

You should see one of two messages when a failed login attempt is made:

"You have entered an incorrect email address or password. Please check your login details and try again."

or

โ€œThis user account has been temporarily locked. Please check your login details and try again in 15 minutes."

If the second message appears, you will have to wait 15 minutes before trying to log in again.

If you cannot enter the correct Password, you can click on the 'Forgot your password?' link below the Password field.

This will prompt you to enter the email address for your Coordinate Sport account. You should then receive an email to that address that enables you to reset your password. If you cannot see it in your inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folder.


If you are still unable to access your user account, even after resetting your password, then we would recommend trying to use another internet browser to the one you are using. Alternatives include: Brave, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari or Edge.

Also, it is worth checking to make sure an old password has not been saved in your internet browser password manager.
