The Marketing Data & Privacy Report shows you the marketing data and privacy information for each Account Holder.

When a Customer registers an account in order to book onto a session, they are shown the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Agreement that they are asked to read and accept.

You can find your Marketing Data & Privacy Report by navigating to 'Reports' > 'Marketing Data & Privacy'. Here, you will be able to see a table containing a list of each Account Holder and the Marketing Information that they have consented to share.

By clicking on the search bar, you can narrow down your search by selecting filters such as 'Activity Type', 'Postcode' or searching for a specific date range. You can export the Report to a .xls file by clicking on the blue 'Export' button on the top right-hand side of your screen.

Here's an explanation of what each term used in the report means:

"Name" shows you the Account Holder's full name.

"Marketing Consent" will show as either 'Yes' or 'No'. This is selected when a Participant first registers an account. This can also be changed on the front end when an Account Holder logs in on a booking site, they can click 'Account > Overview' and select 'Data & Privacy' where they can change their answer to 'Yes'.

"Privacy Policy" shows you that the Account Holder has accepted the Privacy Policy and provides a date and time when this was saved.

"Newsletters" indicates the Newsletters that an Account Holder has consented to receive updates from.

"Referral Data" refers to the answer an Account Holder gives when asked where they heard about our company. A drop-down list will present them with various options, such as 'Facebook', 'Twitter' or 'Google Search'.

"Email" shows you the Account Holder's email address.

"Mobile" shows the Account Holder's mobile number.
