How to add an Organisation into Records

To add an Organisation as a customer in the Coordinate Sport application:

1) Log in into Coordinate Sport.

2) In the left menu, navigate to 'Records'.

3) Click on 'Organisations'.

4) On the right top corner, click on the button named ‘+Create New’.

5) A new page will open:

  • In the field titled ‘Name’ enter the name of the organisation.

  • In the field titled ‘Email’ enter the email address of the organisation.

  • In the drop-down list titled ‘Status’ select the option named ‘Organisation’.

  • In the field titled ‘Address’ enter the address of the organisation.

  • In the field titled ‘Town’ enter the town the organisation is in or near.

  • In the field titled ‘County’ enter the county of the organisation.

  • In the field titled ‘Post Code’ enter the Post Code of the organisation.

  • In the field titled ‘Phone’ enter the phone number of the organisation.

6) Click the ‘Save’ button.
