How to add a School into Records

1) Login into the Coordinate Sport application.

2) In the left menu, click on 'Records'.

3) Click on 'Schools'.

4) On the right top corner, click on the '+Create New' button.

5) On the new page:

  • Enter the name of the school in the Name field.

  • In the drop-down list titled Private/Local Authority select the appropriate option.

  • In the drop-down list titled 'Type' select the type of school.

  • In the field titled 'Email' enter the email address of the school.

  • In the drop-down list titled 'Status' select the option School.

Note: The option Prospect can be selected if you have not worked with them and you wish to categorise them separately.

  • In the field titled 'Address’ enter the address of the school.

  • In the field titled ‘Town’ enter the town the school is located in/near.

  • In the field titled ‘County’ enter the county of the school.

  • In the field titled ‘PostCode’ enter the postcode of the school.

  • In the field titled ‘Phone’ enter the phone number of the school.

6) At the bottom of the page, click on the button titled ‘Save’.
