Log in to Coordinate Sport and navigate to the 'Dashboard'. From there, you will be able to read and accept the Health and Safety documents:

1) You can do this by looking at the 'Unread Safety Documents' alert and clicking on 'view them'.

2) Or you can click on 'Unread Safety Documents (Own)' which is displayed below 'Health & Safety'.

3) Once you have navigated to the 'Heath & Safety' page you will see a list of Risk Assessment and School Induction documents.

Each one has a title which will indicate the type of safety document and the address of the location.

To read and accept each document, click on their individual title, for example 'Risk Assessment'.

4) Each document will open in a new tab in your browser. After you have read all the document scroll down at the bottom of the page and click on the 'Confirm' button.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 to accept and confirm all the documents. Once all the documents have been accepted no 'Dashboard' alert will be displayed, and the tab 'Health & Safety' will show the number zero in green.
