'HAFP' refers to the 'Holiday Activities and Food Programme'.

The HAFP Report shows you metric data that has been collected throughout the Holiday Activities and Food programme. This data is taken from the HAFP Booking Site & HAFP Names Only Register and helps you understand the demographic information of customers who have booked onto sessions. The report can exported to a .xls file and shared with the appropriate authorities.

You can find the HAFP Report by going to 'Report > HAFP'. Here, you will be able to see an Overview of all data, as well as 'Individual' data. Individual Data can be used to view the data collected from a sole Project or Customer.

When you visit the HAFP Report, you will see some Overview information. Here's what each term means:

This is the total count of unique participants who have attended at least one session.

For HAFP Booking Site registers this is the count of participants who have at least one green button on a register.

For HAFP Names Only registers, this is the count of participants (or rows) where a green button is shown.

This is the total count of unique participants regardless of if they have been marked as attended for any sessions.

For HAFP Booking Site registers this is the count of unique participants who have any orange or green buttons on a register.

For HAFP Names Only registers, this is the count of unique participants who have a green button on the register.

This is the total count of attended sessions, limited to 1 per day inside a block.

For HAFP Booking Site registers this is the count of green buttons, limited to 1 per day per participant (e.g. AM and PM sessions which are both attended will only count as 1).

For HAFP Names Only registers this is the count of green buttons, limited to 1 per day per each row of each register (e.g. AM and PM sessions which are both attended will only count as 1).

This is the total count of booked sessions, limited to 1 per day inside a block.

For HAFP Booking Site registers this is the count of orange or green buttons, limited to 1 per day per participant (e.g. AM and PM sessions which are both booked and/or attended will only count as 1).

For HAFP Names Only registers, this is the count of green buttons, limited to 1 per day per each row of each register (e.g. AM and PM sessions which are both green will only count as 1).

This the number of unique participants who have special educational needs indicated.

For HAFP Booking Site registers this is the count of unique participants who have SEN in their participant profile.

For HAFP Names Only registers this is the number of unique participants across all registers who have SEN selected on their row.

This is the total count of meals served, limited to 1 per day inside a block.

For HAFP Booking Site registers this is the count of green meals served buttons, limited to 1 per day per participant on a specific register (e.g. AM and PM sessions which are both green will only count as 1).

For HAFP Names Only registers this is the count of green meals served buttons, limited to 1 per day per each row of each attended session (e.g. AM and PM sessions which are both green on one register will only count as 1).

This is the portion of Total Unique Participants who are in the age range for primary school.

For HAFP Booking Site registers this is the count of unique participants who have their DOB set between 4 and 12 years old.

For HAFP Names Only registers this is the number of unique participants all registers on all projects who have their DOB set between 4 and 12 years old.

This is the portion of Total Unique Participants who are in the age range for secondary school.

For HAFP Booking Site registers this is the count of unique participants who have their DOB set between 12 and 16 years old.

For HAFP Names Only registers this is the number of unique participants across all registers on all projects who have their DOB set between 12 and 16 years old.

This the number of unique participants who have FSM indicated.

For HAFP Booking Site registers this is the count of unique participants who have FSM in their profile.

For HAFP Names Only registers this is the number of unique participants across all registers who have FSM selected.

This the number of unique participants who have EHCP indicated.

For HAFP Booking Site registers this is the count of unique participants who have EHCP in their profile.
