(HAFP) Booking a Customer Through the Back End

If you need to add a participant onto a booking on their behalf, you can do this through the back end.

First locate the project you are looking to book them on to. It should be noted that this will only work on projects that would usually be booked on the booking site, and not on Names Only registers.

In the tab called Add Participant, choose the participant from the drop down menu, If the customer has not registered previously, you will need to do this for them first. Once you locate the customer in the drop down list, click continue.

After this, you will see a page similar to the page a customer would see on the booking site. You will need to select which participants will be attending the booking and you will be able to select which sessions the customer would like to book. Then click on the Add to Booking Cart at the bottom of the page. To confirm, click on the Checkout button. Here you can fill in any payment details, or if the customer is paying on another day, you can exit this page without saving and this will put the account into a negative balance until it is paid off.

Alternatively, if the booking is free, you can click on the Complete Booking button and the participants should appear in the register.
