To add a new staff member, go to the Staff section on the left hand side.
Click on Create New and add their name and their permission level. The most common permission level is Coach or Salaried Coach. This will give the most basic access to the app including their timetables, sessions and registers. The highest permission level is a Superuser, there will likely only be one or two of these as they will have access to everything in the app.
The login information is stored on this page too. You can create or generate a password that can be sent to their email.
Contact information, equal opportunity and miscellaneous information can be inputted on this page too. Once all the necessary details have been filled in, click save and you can start adding the staff members onto your sessions.
