Each staff member on the Coordinate Sport system is designated a permission level that determines how much of the application they have access to.

Permission levels are set in each 'Staff Profile', which are found on the ‘Staff’ page on the left-hand side menu, and accessed by clicking on the name of the staff member. Here you will see the Permission level drop-down list within the Personal Information section

The Super User level has access to all areas of the application, including all Settings, Reports and Financial information. This level is usually only occupied by between one and three users.

The Management level has access to all of the same areas as a Super User. However, they are unable to deactivate other staff members, which is something that only Super Users are able to do.

The Office level does not have access to any of the Settings or any of the Reports. They also cannot see any of the Financial elements, and cannot proxy into a staff member’s account. They are, however, still able to create and edit Customers, Staff and Bookings.

The Team Leader level loses access to other staff profiles, although they can still see the list of Staff. Also, if they have been chosen as an approver for another staff member, they are able to approve certain timesheets or session evaluations.

And finally, the Coach and Salaried Coach levels have the least amount of functionality available to them. Access is limited to (mainly) their Timetable, Resources, Equipment and their own Timesheets.

The permission levels that you assign your staff can be changed at any time. So, if you find that you want to adjust them slightly, this can be done by navigating to 'Staff' and clicking on the name of the Staff Member whose Permission Level you want to change. You can then set their desired Permission Level in the 'Permission Level' drop-down menu.
