Departments

Departments are a way to split up bookings internally. This is chosen in the Details tab of a Project.

To set up and edit Departments, head up Settings > Departments. To edit an existing Departments, click on the yellow pencil icon. Here you can edit the name, and colour of the department.

To create one, click on the Create New button. The colour you set here is what appears on the timetable and the Projects page.

The Departments Label allows you to change what the departments are referred to across the app to better suit your organisation's terminologies.


Activities

Activities are a way of categorising your sessions to make them to make them easy to identify and apply Discounts, if applicable.

Go to Settings > Activities. Like Departments, to edit an Activity, click on the yellow pencil icon. To create a new Activity, click on create new. Enter the Activity name and press save.
