A session is shown in Pink when either:
​
1) No member of staff is assigned to that session.

2) The required number of staff has not been fulfilled.

Example:
A Session requires one Head Coach and one Lead Coach. If only the Head Coach has been assigned, the Session will still show with the pink background until both positions have been filled.

You can see the number of staff required for a session by:

1) Hovering over the day of a specific session inside the Sessions tab.

2) Viewing the main details of the session by clicking on the yellow Edit pencil.
