How to make documents visible to staff assigned to a session

Attachments can be sent with individual Sessions, viewable only by the Staff that are attending that specific Session.

1) Navigate to the relevant Record Profile by clicking on 'Records' in the left-hand side menu, then choosing the relevant sub-option.

2) Click on the name of the Record, then select the tab 'Attachments' and click '+ Create New'. Click 'Choose File', then select the relevant document. Add some text in the box named 'Comment'. Click 'Save'.

3) In the column for 'Coach Access' click the red cross box to change it to a green tick.

4) Then, navigate to the relevant project ('Bookings > Projects > All') and then to the 'Sessions' tab.

5) Select the applicable session tick boxes, then scroll down to the 'Bulk Action' menu. Select 'Coach Access', then select the relevant document from the list. Click 'Go'.

Staff members should now be able to see the Attachment when looking at Session details through their timetables.
