How to share documents with customers when they book a session
How to share documents with customers when they book a session

1) When you are logged into the Coordinate Sport application, navigate to the relevant Project by clicking into 'Bookings > Projects > All'.

Then, click on the name of the relevant Project.

2) Click on the tab named Attachments, then the '+Create New' button.

3) In the section titled Details, click on the button named Choose File to upload the document.

4) Then, enter some notes in the mandatory text box titled Comment.

5) Under Blocks section, tick the checkbox to select which Blocks' Customers will receive your document. You can either select individual blocks or use the tickbox named All to select them all.

6) Click on the Save button.

7) In the tab titled Attachments, once the document has been uploaded, you can tick any of the following options to specify where the document will appear:

  • 'Attach to All Blocks' will include the document in the confirmation email that is sent to the Project's associated Record.

  • 'Show on Bookings Site' will display the document to the customer on the Booking Site once they have completed making their Booking.

  • 'Send with Thanks Email' will attach the document to the 'Thanks Email' that is sent when each Block (or the whole project) is finished.
