If you are unable to see a project on "Your Timetable" it's possible the staff have not been assigned to the sessions.
Navigate to the Project that should be on Your Timetable. In the Sessions tab, take a look at the sessions that have been added to the project. If these are highlighted red then these sessions will have no staff assigned to them. If the sessions are not highlighted, then these will have staff already assigned to them, in this case you will need to check if the staff assigned on the session are correct.
To assign a staff member to a session, select a session using the quick-edit tick box on the left hand side and select the staff drop down menu. Here you can select the staff member you would like to assign to the session.
If you have multiple sessions you would like to assign staff members to, you can select multiple sessions using the tick-boxes on the left and then select "Staff - Add" from the available bulk actions that appear below.
Once you have added the staff to the sessions, the staff will be able to see their sessions on the applicable timetable.
