Bulk Actions can be found throughout the Coordinate application.
Sessions
The Sessions tab of a Project are one place where Bulk Actions can be used.
To use the Bulk Actions select multiple sessions by using the tick boxes next to each session, or to select them all, you can click the first tick box by the Day column.
Once you have chosen the appropriate sessions, select the Bulk Action you would like to apply to the session. Some of the bulk actions may ask for additional information such as dates, prices, or staff members. Once you are ready, press Go and the action will be applied to the sessions.
Refund Requests
Another area where you can find Bulk Actions is in Customers > Refunds > Refund Requests.
If you have made several Exception Cancellations for a booking, this will send any sessions that were cancelled which had payments made by the customers into the Refund Requests tab.
By selecting the tickbox next to the Date column, all the Refund Requests can be selected. If you need to check any in the list at a later point, you can un-select these using the tickboxes next to each request.
By scrolling to the bottom of the page, you will be able to see the Bulk Action dropdown list. Here, you can select to Approve, Decline or Issue Credit to the refunds. Once you have this, press Go and the selected option will be applied to all the highlighted refund requests.
