How to check your project has the correct age range

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If your customer cannot book onto a project and an error code says the participant is the wrong age, there are three places to check on your project to make sure you have the correct settings.

Project Details

In the Project Details tab, there is a field for the Age Range. Make sure these are set to the correct ages for your project. If you make any changes make sure to press Save. If the Age Range is set within the Project Details but not the Blocks or Sessions, this will take precedence over the whole Project.

Blocks

Next navigate to the Blocks tab and similarly to the Project Details tab, check to see if the Age Range for these Blocks is correct. Press save if any changes are made. Any Age Ranges set in Blocks will override the age range set in the Project Details tab.

Sessions

Navigate to the Sessions tab, check if the Age Range has been set on any the sessions. By hovering over the day of the session a quick overview will appear and show the age range to allow you to check each session without clicking through. Any Age Ranges set in sessions will override the age range set in the Project Details tab and Blocks.
