Delete Sessions, Blocks or Projects

A step by step guide to deleting your projects

Deleting Sessions

To delete a session, you will first need to make sure any participants are not currently booked onto the session.

If you do have any participants booked in, you will need to cancel these sessions.

If you have any exception cancellations associated with the sessions, you will also need to delete these. This can be done by going to the Exceptions tab and pressing the bin icon next to any exceptions you have made.

By navigating to the Project > Sessions tab you will be able to view the list of sessions. So long as the sessions have no participants booked on, you will be able to select the bin icon next to the session to delete it.


Deleting Blocks

Similarly to deleting sessions, to delete a block you must first delete all the sessions within the block.

Once all the sessions have been deleted then you can navigate to the Blocks tab within the project and click on the bin icon located next to each block.


Deleting a Project

To delete a project, you will first need to delete the sessions and blocks associated with the project.

Once all sessions and blocks are deleted, the project can then be deleted. Go to Bookings > Projects > All and locate the project. Then click on the bin icon next to the project. As long as no data is associated with the project, this will delete the project.
