How to access or view the register (list of customers)

In order to access the Register or list of Customers in each Block:

1) log in to the Coordinate Sport application.

2) In the menu, on the left-hand side, click on 'Bookings'.

3) Click on 'Projects', then 'All'.

4) Click on the name of your chosen project.

5) Click on the tab named 'Blocks'.

6) In this tab is a list of all the blocks.

On the right-hand side, for each block, you will see a list of icons. Then click on the 'Register' icon (the one that looks like a person).

After you have clicked on the icon above, you will have access to both the 'Overview' and 'Session' Registers.


Alternatively, you can access the register from the Projects section by navigating to 'Bookings > Projects > All' and clicking the Person icon under the Register column, this will open a side panel with a link to the relevant Register for each Block within the Project.

A new update has been released to access registers from the project list.

When navigating to Bookings > Projects > All you can now click the Person icon under the Register column, this will open a side panel with a link to the relevant Register for each Block within the Project.


To sign participants in and out of the sessions, click on the x button under the associated column.

To find out more information on a participant's SEN, medical, behavioural and disability information by clicking on the More Details button. By using th etabs at the top, you can also see their attendance and monitoring information.

Pick up pins are used for safeguarding and are entered by the parents when they first sign up. This will need to be entered to sign out the participant from the session so you will need to obtain this from the parent or guardian.

Take a look at different weeks or blocks using the drop down menus.
