1. Duplicating a Project
To create a Names Only project for Walk-ins, navigate to "Bookings > Projects > All", then use the green "Duplicate" button to duplicate your desired Project, then click on the Yellow Edit Pencil.
2. Project Details
Change the 'Register Type' option to "HAFP Names Only"
3. Block Details
Then, Navigate to "Blocks > Register"
4. Adding Participants
Click "Add Row" where you will be able to enter the participant's information across the register. Make sure to click on "Save" if you have added any new participants to the register.
5. Importing a Template Register
Click on the "Import" button
Then click on "Export Current Register", which will download a spreadsheet.
Fill in the spreadsheet with participant information. You will be able to use the drop-down lists for items such as School, Ethnicity etc. Alternatively, you can copy participant data over if you have this saved elsewhere. Be sure to save this document to your computer once all participant information has been entered.
Once the spreadsheet has been saved, click "Browse" and select the saved spreadsheet from your computer. Then once the spreadsheet has been selected, click "Save".
