Booking Site

This is the area where you can manage what your customers see on the booking site.

To publicly open the booking site, be sure to check the "Show on Bookings Site" tickbox.

Lets go through each option you have available to edit your booking site.

Online Booking Password

If you have any bookings which are invite only, you can restrict access to this by entering an online booking password. When customers click into this booking, they will be asked for the password entered here.

Limit Online Booking to Target Participant Count

If you have a set limit to the amount of participants that attend in each session, then this box will normally remain selected. This will limit the amount of participants able to book onto sessions depending on the amount that is set in the "Participant" column in the sessions tab.
