If your organisation is a provider for a larger group your customers may switch between different providers for their bookings.
Customers are able to use a single sign on to access multiple bookings across accounts.
Connecting accounts
If your customer has made an account with another provider and would like to book on one of your projects, the customer is able to log in with the same details on the booking site as their previous account. So long as the email and password has been entered correctly, this will automatically connect their account to your provider account. They will then be able to be seen under the Customers section of the Coordinate Sport app.
Switching between accounts
If a customer would like to switch between provider accounts to make or check a booking it is possible to do so by first logging in their account.
By clicking on the Account button in the top right, a side bar will appear. This side bar will include a list of the other accounts that the customer has connected their account to. The customer will be able to connect to any of the accounts within the list by selecting the Switch button.
Once the customer has switched to another account they will be able to see any bookings made and make new bookings through this provider account
