How to switch which provider account a staff member can view

Some of your staff may need to access multiple provider accounts of your organisation to schedule bookings or locate timetables.

To allow a staff member to access multiple provider accounts, first you must set up their staff account on each provider account. For the staff accounts to connect, enter the same email on each of the accounts to ensure the same login credentials can be used across accounts.

Switching between accounts

The staff member will be able to switch between each provider account by selecting the "Switch Account" button in the top right.

By clicking this button, a menu will appear, displaying options for to view your account details and a list of the provider accounts that the staff member has access to. By clicking on Switch account next to any of these providers, the staff member will be able to view the app of a different provider.
