Booking Site Enquiries and FAQs
Updated over a week ago

We're making it easier for your customers to access the answers they need. The Booking Site Enquiries and FAQ page is now available for you to add to your booking site. Here customers can read your FAQs or submit their own questions to be answered.

To turn on your Enquiries and FAQs page, head to Settings > General > Online Bookings Site > Enquiries & FAQs.

You can turn on the Enquiries and FAQ page by ticking the box. The Enquiries form can also be switched on here. If this is left blank, only the FAQs will be visible on the page.

FAQs

In this section, you are able to change the name of the FAQs label on your booking site. By clicking on the Add More button you can add another FAQ question. Type in the name of the question and its answer in the boxes provided. It is also possible to change the ordering of your questions to see the most relevant ones at the top of the page.

Enquiries

The Enquires section allows customers to fill in a short form to ask a question that may not be answered by your FAQs. The customer's question can then be answered by email.

Similarly to the FAQs section, the Enquiries label can also be changed to suit your booking site. You can add a short description to the Enquiries section to further explain its purpose to your customers.

Below this, your Enquiries form has a selection of default questions to allow you to gather sufficient information to help your customers efficiently. Extra fields can be added by clicking on Add New Field. Any new fields can be customised to your needs by giving it a name, and the field type necessary for accurate data collection.

Best Practices:

  • Only collect information necessary to getting in contact with your customer and relevant to the enquiry.

  • It may be useful to add a category field to allow customers to categories their enquiry.
